Payment Options
We aim to be as flexible as possible when it comes to payment options. See how and when you can pay for your Queensmith ring.
How can I pay for my jewellery?
When it comes to your payment, we want to be as flexible as possible, offering a number of payment options and methods. We’re currently working on expanding our payment options to cater for everyone - and for the time being, offer a number of flexible plans that allow you to spread the cost of your ring until you’re ready to receive it. Please note that online orders must be paid for in one sum - if you’d like to spread payments, we can finalise your order manually, get in touch to learn more.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Queensmith accepts the following payment methods:
- VISA debit and credit cards
- MasterCard and Maestro
- Bank transfer (in-store purchases only)
- Cash payments (in-store purchases only)
Please note that online order payment methods are limited to VISA debit and credit cards, MasterCard and Maestro. If you’d like to use an alternative payment method or are interested in learning how you can spread the cost of your ring or jewellery, please get in touch and we’ll facilitate your order manually.
We accept American Express for online orders only.
Spread the cost of your engagement ring & jewellery
While we currently don’t offer finance per se (we’re working on this), we do offer flexible payment options for orders made in store, over the phone or via email (please note this does not apply to online orders). We’ll ask for a minimum of a 25% deposit to start the crafting process, or you can opt to make a larger initial payment. You then have a couple of options on how to proceed with your payment.
Your first option is to wait until your item is complete, then pay the remaining balance when you collect or we arrange your delivery.
Alternatively, you can pay in instalments (the amount of each instalment is totally up to you) until you’ve paid the remaining balance. Our rings and other items typically take 4 to 5 weeks to craft. The final balance must be cleared within 40 days of your order completion date. Once fully paid, if you need us to hold onto your item for longer (maximum unto a year) then we can arrange to keep your item in our long term hold safe.
If you have any queries regarding payment options then do not hesitate to give us a call and we would be happy to go over this in more detail and figure out which options best suit you.
