Queensmith offers a tracked, insured and trusted delivery service. On this page, you’ll find further information on our complimentary domestic delivery within the UK, and international delivery options.

Delivery Methods

Tracked, insured and free delivery within the UK

Once your order is complete, we will get in touch to let you know and ask you to confirm whether you’d like to collect your item from Queensmith or if you’d like us to arrange delivery. If you opt for delivery, we’ll call on the day of posting to confirm your address and that you’ll be in to receive your item - note that we cannot send your item without this confirmation, so please look out for our phone call. Your item may not be eligible for delivery, please get in touch if you are unsure.

What delivery services do you use for UK delivery?

UK deliveries are couriered via the Royal Mail’s Special Delivery (Next Day) or UPS Express Saver, and on request we may be able to send your item with Royal Mail's Next Day Before 9AM or UPS Express and Saturday Guaranteed services, please get in touch to find out if this will be possible for your order.

You will be required to sign for your delivery, so it is important that you are available to receive the delivery in person, or specify an alternative arrangement. We will be in touch on the day of posting to make sure you’re available to accept the delivery, which should typically be the next day.

Delivery within the UK is free of charge, and insured by Queensmith up until the moment you receive the item. We do urge you to organise your own insurance for when you have taken delivery of your order – find our jewellery insurance advice here.

What delivery services do you use for international delivery?

International deliveries are couriered by UPS or Malca Amit. International shipping costs can vary upon location, please get in touch to learn how much your international shipping could cost. You may also incur costs like customs and import duties and local taxes.

Will my package be insured?

Yes, our insurance covers your package until the moment you receive it. If you are sending us a parcel or we are returning your item after aftercare, please ensure you have appropriate insurance in place as we do not cover you after you have received your initial order. Please note that items over a certain a value may not qualify for shipping.

Is my item safe during delivery?

Yes, as well as insuring your item during the delivery process, we take great care to package every ring and piece of jewellery securely. Items are individually wrapped and secured in a snug, grip seal bag, which is placed into the ring (or jewellery) box, and further cushioned with bubble wrap. A branded Queensmith box, simple and luxe in style, is placed within a bag along with any necessary documentation, like a GIA or IGI certificate. This is once again bubble wrapped and placed into a delivery bag.

Parcels do not feature references to the value or nature of the contents. The return address will state Queensmith’s address for insurance purposes, so if your delivery is a surprise for someone else then be sure to handle it discreetly on your end!

How discreet will my package be?

We make sure to keep our packaging discreet, as to not attract unwanted attention or giveaway any surprises! Packaging will not feature Queensmith’s branding or logo, or give detail of the value or nature of the contents.

We’ll be able to give you a pretty narrow window for the delivery time, so if your package contains a surprise for someone else, you may want to ensure you’re the one to answer the door and accept the delivery. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that your order reaches you on your preferred date, once dispatched the parcel is in the hands of a third party and we cannot account for delivery issues or delays that may occur. If you would prefer to collect your item in store please get in touch.

The shape and size of your delivery won’t look notably jewellery or ring-like, thanks to the padding and packaging. For extra discretion, some prefer to have their item delivered to their work address, just let us know if you’d prefer this option upon your final payment.
