Every Queensmith purchase comes with a complimentary, simple navy blue box. Our jewellery boxes come in variations for engagement rings, necklaces and earrings, and come with a larger, white keepsake box.
We choose to keep our jewellery and ring boxes simple in design, yet luxe and sumptuous - the perfect fit for your special jewellery that won’t distract from the gem inside. Our engagement ring boxes are small enough to fit in your pocket, measuring 57mm x 57mm and designed to present the ring at its most flattering angle, ensuring a memorable first impression. You’ll find a small embellishment of Queensmith’s logo and every box comes with a monogrammed protective outer box that measures 62mm x 62mm, keeping the ring box itself plush.
Items sent for delivery are packaged securely and discreetly within our mailing box, which is then placed inside a generic postal bag devoid of any obvious clues, such as logos or the mention of ‘jewellers’, to keep your surprise alive! However, we must warn those with more eagle-eyed partners that the packing will feature our address as this is required for insurance purposes. Sent by a trusted and insured courier service, we’ll make sure your item is more than adequately safe and cushioned within the box, ensuring it is delivered to you in pristine condition.
Inside your keepsake box, you'll find a complimentary polishing cloth, your IGI, GIA or gemstone certificate and the all important jewellery box. We'll wrap the keepsake box and package carefully to avoid damage during transport - and the jewellery inside is packaged snug with protection to keep it in perfect condition while on the move.
