Free resizing
We understand that you won’t always know your partners ring size, which is why we offer one free ring resize within 60 days of collection or delivery.
Should you require resizing in the future, this can of course be done for a small cost. Some exceptions apply, particularly for rings with diamonds set all the way around, which are assessed on a case-by-case basis but in the majority of cases can be sized.

Unlimited free professional cleaning
It’s easy to clean your jewellery at home to keep it shining bright, but for when your jewellery is in need of deeper clean, Queensmith offers a quick service in which we clean your jewellery in a sonic bath and steam clean. All you need to do is call ahead to let us know you’re coming.
Free polishing
Over time, metal naturally wears and abrades with daily wear, leading to a duller appearance and the development of fine surface scratches. To keep your jewellery looking its best, we offer a professional polishing service to restore its shine.
While polishing can refresh your jewellery, it’s important to note that over-polishing gradually removes small layers of metal, which can weaken and make your piece more fragile over time. That’s why we recommend polishing only when truly needed we suggest once every 3 years.
As part of this service, we’ll also conduct a full inspection to ensure your jewellery remains as beautiful and secure as the day you received it.
Annual jewellery service
We take pride in crafting jewellery designed to last a lifetime, but we understand that daily wear can lead to occasional knocks and general wear. That’s why we recommend an annual jewellery service to check for any signs of wear and address potential issues before they arise.
