Queensmith’s lifetime care package is designed to put your mind at ease: life happens, and we’re here to keep your jewellery looking and feeling as good as the day you got it. When you purchase quality crafted Queensmith jewellery, you can expect a lifetime of care for no extra cost - it’s part of our promise to you.
What does Queensmith's lifetime care package include?
- Free ring resizing up to 3 times (some exceptions apply)
- Free professional sonic & steam cleaning as often as needed
- Free metal polishing when needed

Free resizing
Each Queensmith ring can be resized for free up to three times (with some exceptions). Our fingers can change in size throughout our life, particularly with life events like pregnancy. We’ll be on hand to keep your ring fitting comfortably, whenever you need, for no extra cost (as long as the new size is within 3 sizes of the original and doesn't have diamonds around the whole band).
Free professional cleaning
It’s easy to clean your jewellery at home to keep it shining bright, but for when your jewellery is in need of deeper clean, Queensmith offers a quick service in which we clean your jewellery in a sonic bath and steam clean. All you need to do is call ahead to let us know you’re coming.
Free polishing
Metal can dull over time, which is why we offer a service to rouge and polish your jewellery as a pick-me-up if and when needed. While your jewellery is with us, we’ll give it a full check over and deep clean to have it looking as good as the day you got it.
Annual jewellery service
We’re confident in our crafting abilities in creating jewellery made to last a lifetime, but we know life happens and knocks here and there can occur. By servicing your jewellery once a year, we can make sure we’re on top of any issues before they arise. Please read our Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty for further details.
