1. Information

The promoter is Queensmith Ltd ("Queensmith"), of 98 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8NX.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Meta or any other businesses.

2. Eligibility

• Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

• Employees of Queensmith, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

• Entrants must have a valid Instagram account at the time of winner selection and prize fulfilment.

3. Promotional Period

The giveaway opens on the date stated in the Instagram post and closes at 11:59pm (UK time) on the 23rd of September, 2026.

Entries received after the closing date will not be included.

4. Entry Requirements

To enter, participants must:

• Like the giveaway post.

• Follow @queensmith_official.

• Tag at least one friend in the comments.

Each additional unique tagged friend in a separate comment constitutes one additional entry.

The same person may be tagged only once by the same entrant. Duplicate comments or spam entries will be disqualified.

No purchase is necessary.

5. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotional period.

Queensmith reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding the prize.

The draw will take place within 14 days of the closing date.

6. The Prize

The prize consists of:

• £5,000 towards Queensmith jewellery of your choice, made to order.

• One 6-night stay for two at Zulu Nyala Game Lodge, South Africa, including:

  • Accommodation

  • Breakfast, lunch, buffet dinner daily

  • Two game drives per day

  • Third party travel supplier is Out of the Box Events ltd.

• £1,500 flight voucher contribution.

Prize details are subject to supplier availability.

Approximate total prize value is £10,000. This includes £5,000 to spend at Queensmith, £1,500 flight vouchers and a Zulu Nyala voucher worth in excess of £3,500.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.

7. Travel Conditions

The winner and guest are responsible for anything that falls outside of the prize list. This includes and is not limited to:

• Passports

• Visas

• Travel insurance

• Vaccinations

• Personal spending money

• Any costs exceeding the £1,500 flight voucher allocation

• Any travel requirements imposed by airlines or authorities

• Booking the stay with the provider

• Booking flights

• Arranging meal times and activities with the host

• Purchasing meals outside of the stated prize meals included in the stay (does not include travel meals)

Travel dates are subject to availability and blackout periods may apply.

All experiences and packages provided by Out of the Box Events Ltd are subject to availability. In the rare event that a package is cancelled due to circumstances beyond their control (such as weather or other unforeseen events), Out of the Box Events Ltd will issue a credit note if the venue or provider refunds the portion of the package that could not be delivered.

Queensmith is not responsible for travel disruption, cancellations, force majeure events or circumstances outside its control.

8. Jewellery Conditions

The jewellery prize consists of £5,000 credit to spend with Queensmith on eligible jewellery products. Eligible categories include engagement rings, wedding bands, earrings, necklaces and cocktail rings. Excluded categories include, but are not limited to, signet rings, tennis bracelets and tennis necklaces. Queensmith reserves the right to determine product eligibility at its sole discretion.

The winner must place their order within 12 months of being notified of their win. Any unused credit after this date will be forfeited.

The winner may select an existing Queensmith design or create a bespoke piece either in-store or remotely. All designs are subject to Queensmith's manufacturing capabilities and approval. Queensmith reserves the right to refuse any design that is impractical, unsuitable or outside its normal manufacturing capabilities.

The prize credit is non-transferable, may only be redeemed by the winner, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize. If the chosen item(s) exceed £5,000 in value, the winner must pay the remaining balance before production commences.

For bespoke commissions, one CAD revision is included. Any additional design revisions or changes may incur additional charges payable by the winner.

The prize is subject to the availability and cost of materials, gemstones and components at the time of ordering.

The prize jewellery is excluded from Queensmith's standard lifetime warranty and aftercare services. Any future resizing, alterations, repairs, maintenance, replacement parts or other services required after collection or delivery shall be at the winner's expense.

Queensmith accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, accidental damage, misuse or normal wear and tear occurring after collection or delivery. The winner acknowledges that fine jewellery requires appropriate care and maintenance.

Except as expressly stated above, Queensmith's standard terms and conditions shall apply.

9. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message.

If the winner is later found ineligible, from a fake account, or doesn't respond in 7 days, Queensmith will select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries.

10. Publicity & Usage

By entering, participants agree that if selected as winner, Queensmith may use their first name, Instagram handle, image and/or prize acceptance content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

The winner may also be contacted to create content with Queensmith regarding their winner experience and prize, it is up to the winner whether they would like to partake.

11. Disqualification

Queensmith reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Breaches these Terms and Conditions.

• Uses automated entry methods.

• Creates multiple accounts for entry purposes.

• Engages in fraudulent, abusive or inappropriate conduct.

12. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Queensmith shall not be liable for:

• Technical failures.

• Lost, delayed or incomplete entries.

• Travel disruptions.

• Circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• Any loss, damage or theft arising from acceptance or use of the prize.

• Injury, illness or loss of life arising from acceptance or use of the prize, except where caused by Queensmith's negligence.

13. Data Protection

Personal information supplied during the administration of the giveaway will be used solely for administering the promotion and awarding the prize, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Queensmith's Privacy Policy.

14. General

Queensmith reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion where necessary.

By entering, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

Flights & Transfers are not included.

Additional nights available subject to availability and a surcharge.

Voucher valid until 4th May 2027.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Queensmith's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Promoter’s decision is final.

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
