Founder’s message
When I founded Queensmith, I’d seen how often customers had to compromise – paying more for a brand name, while missing the personal experience and craftsmanship that should come with such an important purchase. I believed there was a better approach.
From the beginning, our focus was simple: expert guidance, jewellery crafted in-house, transparent pricing and a more personal experience from start to finish. We wanted to create exceptional jewellery that felt truly meaningful and accessible.
Over the past decade, we've built an incredibly talented team whose skill and dedication rival the world's biggest jewellery houses – while remaining independent, with no private equity and no outside shareholders. But what makes me proudest is the part we've played in thousands of love stories, milestones and memories along the way.

From first CAD sketches to final polish, their passion for exceptional craftsmanship is what makes Queensmith who we are today.
Through the Queensmith Jewellery Academy, we’re proud to invest in the next generation of talent and play a part in keeping jewellery craftsmanship alive in the UK for years to come.
