Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

  1. This prize giveaway is hosted by Queensmith (Group) Ltd., Registered Office: 98 Hatton Garden, London, EC1N 8NX. (Company No: 07584738)

  2. This competition is exclusively open to past clients who have purchased an engagement ring from Queensmith or Hearts of London, residing in the UK, who can supply a UK address for delivery of the prize if successful.

  3. By completing the Proposal Survey (https://queensmith-uk.typeform.com/proposal-survey?typeform-source=www.google.com) entrants will automatically be entered into the prize draw. If entrants are found to not be previous Queensmith or Hearts of London engagement ring clients, they will be removed from the draw.

  4. Entries are limited to 1 per client. If you attempt to enter more than once, any subsequent entries will be disqualified from the prize draw.

  5. By entering, you agree to these terms and conditions. You have the opportunity to opt out of the giveaway. Email [email protected] to opt out of entry.

  6. The prize is as follows: round lab diamond (uncertified) 4 claw earrings with the total carat weight c.1.00ct, around 0.50ct each. This may vary slightly depending on the matched diamonds sourced. The diamonds will be selected by one of our in-house gemmologists and matched for beauty and grades. The earrings will be custom made, and therefore the winner can choose between platinum, 18K yellow gold, 18K rose gold and 18K white gold. The winner cannot, however, create a custom design. The prize has a retail value of £1,750. The prize cannot be exchanged for any other item or cash alternative.

  7. The prize is to be sent via Royal Mail or another choice of courier at the discretion of Queensmith, to a valid UK residence address or can be collected in-store if prearranged. The prize cannot be sent to any address outside of the UK. The entrant must ensure they provide the correct address.

  8. Entry to the prize draw opens on 9th May 2024, and closes on 9th June 2024 at Midday.

  9. The winner will be chosen at random.

  10. The winner will first be announced on Instagram. The winner will then be notified by email within 14 days of the prize draw closing date and must reply to our email to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to provide their contact details or name, or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
