- Overview
Customers will receive a complimentary pair of 0.40ctw Round 4 Claw earrings with the purchase of an engagement ring priced at £2,000 or above. Available for our first 100 engagement ring orders at Queensmith’s Birmingham showroom only.
- Offer Period
- From 24th March 2026, until gift stock lasts.
- How to redeem:
- Offer will automatically be applied to the first 100 eligible purchases; no code needed.
- You must book an appointment at Queensmith Birmingham and purchase an engagement ring that meets the required threshold.
- A minimum spend threshold to qualify of £2,000 (including VAT) applies.
Note: offer only available on valid Queensmith engagement ring purchases. Purchases of other products or services, including (but not limited to) wedding rings, eternity rings, pendants, earrings, jewellery repairs, resizing, or engraving, are not eligible and do not count towards the minimum spend threshold.
- Gift Details
Eligible customers will receive one pair of 0.40tcw (total carat weight) Round 4 Claw Platinum Lab Diamond Earrings.
- Round brilliant cut lab diamonds, VS clarity, D-F colour (uncertified)
- Available in platinum or 18k yellow gold, subject to availability.
- Gift value: £950.
- One pair of earrings per eligible customer, regardless of multiple qualifying purchases.
- Offer available while stocks last.
- Queensmith reserves the right to substitute an equivalent gift of similar value if necessary.
- The gift is non-exchangeable for cash, discount or any other alternative item.
- Gift is subject to availability while stocks last
- Metal choice may be limited depending on stock levels
- Gift will be presented upon
- Offer is not valid for online purchases or purchases made in any other Queensmith showrooms.
- Offer cannot be applied retrospectively to previous puchases.
- Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or incentive.
- The free gift cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash or other products.
- Earrings will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
- Queensmith reserves the right to withdraw, extend, or amend the offer at any time, or to withhold the gift in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
- Custom or bespoke engagement ring orders must be placed and deposit paid to qualify for the free gift, while gift stock lasts.
- Any subsequent modifications to a custom design after the redemption period may affect eligibility for the promotional gift.
- Engagement rings purchased during the Birmingham Launch Offer Promotion are subject to our usual 40-day Return Policy.

- For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- If the engagement ring is returned for refund, the value of the complimentary earrings will be deducted from the refund.
- Offer valid only for purchases made directly with Queensmith Birmingham, during the stated offer period.
- The free earrings are exempt from our lifetime manufacturer's warranty. The free lab diamond earrings will come with a limited 12 month manufacturer's warranty.
- All gifts are subject to availability.
