- A jewellery-related degree or qualification
- A right to work in the UK
- Passion to learn and develop your craft
- A portfolio to be proud of

How to apply
We want to make the application process simple and straightforward for you. The first step is to simply email [email protected] with your CV and portfolio, along with a brief explanation as to why you would like to join the academy and whether you have a preference in terms of our career pathways (Diamond Setter or Goldsmith).
Following a successful application, you will be invited to take part in a 2-day assessment and brand introduction. This will give you a chance to meet the team, get to know the brand and product offering, learn more about the Queensmith Jewellery Academy programme and get a chance to test your skills on one of our jewellery benches. Remember, we're not looking for the finished article, we're looking for raw talent, commitment and the right mindset to succeed.
We want it to be fun, insightful and give us both (you and Queensmith) the opportunity to work out whether there's a good match. Consider it an informal interview, but one where you get lunch, refreshments and a chance to really get to know the brand you'll be working for.
Finally, we will be offering 12 places to the Queensmith Jewellery Academy for September 2024 entry. Successful candidates will be contacted to confirm their place, along with an employment contract and offer letter. Exciting times!

- Step 2. Selected candidates will be invited to a 2-day assessment and brand introduction
