When is Queensmith open over Christmas & New Year?
Please note that we're closed on all Sundays, as usual. Find our special opening times during the festive break below:
- Saturday 20th December – Open 10am to 6.30pm
- Monday 22nd December – Open 10am to 6.30pm
- Tuesday 23rd December – Open 10am to 6.30pm
- Wednesday 24th December – Closed
- Thursday 25th December – Closed
- Friday 26th December – Closed
- Saturday 27th December – Open 10am to 4.30pm
- Monday 29th December – Open 10am to 4.30pm
- Tuesday 30th December – Open 10am to 4.30pm
- Wednesday 31st December – Closed
- Thursday 1st January – Closed
- Friday 2nd January and onwards – Open 10am to 6.30pm as usual
Can I book for my ring to be resized over the festive break?
You can absolutely book an appointment to have your finger accurately measured, and leave your ring with us to be resized. The process usually takes 7 working days, as we cannot resize your ring on the spot.

Can I book an engagement ring or wedding ring appointment over Christmas?
Yes, we'll be operating usual appointments over the festive break on the 'open' days listed above. Book an appointment to browse engagement rings, wedding rings and other jewellery, with the help of your dedicated jewellery consultant.
While we're closed on Christmas eve, Christmas day and Boxing day, we'll be open for appointments in the run up and after Christmas but operating with slightly shorter hours. We will also be closed on News Year's Eve and New Year's Day, before resuming usual hours.
