Queensmith’s 10% Off Wedding Rings Offer provides customers with an exclusive discount on all wedding ring purchases, including both Core Collection rings and custom-made orders.
This limited-time offer applies to qualifying purchases made online and in-store during the promotional window and redemption period.
- Offer Period
- Promotion codes valid until 31st December 2025 (23:59 GMT)
- Discounted prices are only available within this period and cannot be honoured before 11 November or after 31 December 2025.
- Eligibility & Availability
- The 10% discount applies to all Queensmith wedding rings, including:
- The Core Collection of pre-designed wedding rings.
- Bespoke or custom wedding ring orders placed during the promotional period.
- Offer available online and in-store.
- Online: Apply the promo code at checkout before 31 December 2025.
- In-store: Quote the offer or promo code when booking or attending your appointment.
- Offer is subject to availability and limited to the promotional and redemption period only.
- The 10% discount applies to all Queensmith wedding rings, including:
- Exclusions
- Offer applies only to wedding rings.
- Excludes engagement rings, eternity rings, loose diamonds, lab diamond jewellery, bespoke design fees, resizing, engraving, repairs, or other services.
- Cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or offer.
- Discount cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases or orders placed outside the offer period.
- Custom or bespoke wedding ring orders must be placed and deposit paid during the promotional or redemption period (11 November – 31 December 2025) to qualify for the 10% discount.
- Any subsequent modifications to a custom design after the redemption period may affect eligibility for the promotional price, please contact our Customer Care team to enquire.
- Discount cannot be used if you already have an active wedding ring order in place with Queensmith; and cannot be used in conjunction with existing discounts provided on active orders.
- Offer applies only to wedding rings.
- Returns & Exchanges
- Items purchased during the Black Friday Jewellery Sale 2025 are subject to our usual 40-day Return Policy.
- Returns requested after this date will not be accepted.
- Please refer to Queensmith’s standard Returns Policy for full details.
- Refunds will reflect the price paid during the sale, not the regular retail price.
- Custom or engraved wedding rings are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.
- Additional Terms
- Offer valid only for purchases made directly with Queensmith (online or in-store) during the specified promotional and redemption period.
- Queensmith reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
