Promoter Information: The promoter of this prize draw is Queensmith ("Promoter"), with registered office at 98 Hatton Garden, London, EC1N 8NX, responsible for all elements of prize draw execution and compliance with applicable laws.
Eligibility: This prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 and over, who are residents of the United Kingdom. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, its agencies or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter. Entrants must have purchases an engagement ring or wedding rings from Queensmith in the past 6 months.
Promotional Period: 11th April 2025 to 30th June 2025. Entries must be submitted within this period to be eligible for the respective draw.
Entry Method: To enter, participants must:
1. Post your favourite engagement photos or videos on Instagram to your grid. Note, stories, Direct Message (DM) or other means of sharing content will not qualify for entry
2. Use the hashtags #QueensmithCouples and #QueensmithSaunaDate
3. Make sure to follow & tag us on @Queensmith_Official
4. If your account is private, you must DM Queensmith with a screenshot of your post to verify entry
Prize: A gift card for Rooftop Saunas to cover a private session for two, redeemable at their Hackney or Brixton locations. This prize is subject to availability and may vary. The winner must notify us of any health concerns or requirements that prevent them from accepting the prize, and an alternative prize or cash alternative of the same value may be offered in this instance. We may also be able to offer an alternative voucher prize for those unable to travel to London.
Winner Selection and Notification: One winner will be selected randomly via a digital selection program after the close of the promotional period. The winner will be first announced on Instagram then notified by DM within one week of the draw closing date and must supply their original order number or the name their purchase was made under to verify. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
Data Protection: Participant data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy, accessible at https://www.queensmith.co.uk/privacy-policy. By entering, participants consent to the collection, storage and use of their personal information and use of their entered images, videos and content for the purposes of administering this prize draw. By entering, you agree to give Queensmith the right to use said content for Marketing purposes, such as but not limited to, their website, emails, social media and paid advertising. Participants are agreeing that they may be contacted for more information such as their story of their proposal, and have the right to choose whether to provide and share more information.
General:
- The prize is as stated and non-transferable unless agreed upon by Queensmith. Queensmith have the right to choose whether to offer a cash or other alternatives.
- The decision of the Promoter in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter may need to modify or cancel the prize draw and these terms and conditions due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, major disruptions, legal changes, or other events that could affect our ability to run the prize draw as planned. We aim to minimise any disruptions and will always strive to keep participants informed of any necessary changes.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Meta, Rooftop Sauna or any other companies.
