Eligibility: The competition is open to all clients of Queensmith who are 18 years or older. We will require the full name your purchase was made under, or your order number. Entrants should be Queensmith clients who purchased an engagement ring between July 1st 2024 to January 31st 2025.

Entry Period: Entries must be submitted before midnight on 31st January 2025. Any entries received after this period will not be eligible. Posts made prior to July 1st 2024 will not be eligible for entry.

Submission Requirements:
Posts must include the hashtags #QueensmithCouples and #QueensmithDateNight.
Posts must tag @queensmith_official.
Entries must be an Instagram post or reel on your grid using the correct hashtags to qualify (Instagram stories or DMs alone will not qualify).
Private accounts must DM Queensmith with a screenshot of their post or reel to verify their entry.
Queensmith are not liable for any entries that are lost, delayed, or invalid.

Content Usage: By entering the competition and using the above hashtags, participants grant Queensmith permission to use their submitted content (photos, videos, reels) for marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, paid advertising campaigns, email campaigns, and website use. We cannot guarantee credit to the entrant or photographers – please check your photographer’s or videographer’s usage rights before entry. Queensmith will not be liable for checking or complying to usage rights we have not been informed of. By entering, you confirm you have original permission to use the images and video.

Prize Details:
– The prize includes a Glassette "On The Table Celebration Gift Box," with a retail value of £115.
– Non-alcoholic and allergen-free alternatives may be provided upon request.
– If the prize is unavailable, an alternative of similar value or a cash alternative will be offered.

Winner Selection:
– The winner will be chosen at random and contacted from 3rd February 2025. The winner must claim their prize by responding to our DM, suppling their full name or Queensmith order number, and providing a UK address for the prize to be delivered.
– Queensmith have the right to find an alternative winner should the prize not be claimed within 3 working days.

Data Protection: Personal data will be used solely for the administration of this competition and will not be shared with third parties.

General Conditions: Queensmith reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
