Overview
Customers who purchase an engagement ring during the promotional period and meet the eligibility criteria below will receive a complimentary pair of Round 4 Claw Platinum Lab Diamond Earrings (total carat weight subject to purchase value).
Offer Period
- Promotion codes valid until 31st December 2025 (23:59 GMT)
- Discounted prices are only available within this period and cannot be honoured before 11 November or after 31 December 2025.
Promotional Period:
- Purchase an engagement ring totalling £2,000 or more (including VAT) during the valid period.
- Apply the promo code at checkout when purchasing online, or quote the code when booking or attending an appointment in-store.
- Obtain the promo code by signing up for marketing emails via the Queensmith website.
- The promo code must not be shared.
  
  Note: offer only available on valid Queensmith engagement ring purchases. Purchases of other products or services, including (but not limited to) wedding rings, eternity rings, pendants, earrings, jewellery repairs, resizing, or engraving, are not eligible and do not count towards the minimum spend threshold.
Gift Details
Eligible customers will receive one pair of Round 4 Claw Platinum Lab Diamond Earrings, determined by the total value of their qualifying engagement ring purchase:
- Engagement ring purchase value: £2,000 – £3,499.
  - Complimentary gift: 0.40ctw Round 4 Claw Platinum Lab Diamond Earrings (uncertified, VS clarity, D–F colour) (Ball Claws).
- Engagement ring purchase value: £3,500 and above.
  - Complimentary gift: 0.60ctw Round 4 Claw Platinum Lab Diamond Earrings (uncertified, VS clarity, D–F colour) (Ball Claws).
- One pair of earrings per eligible customer, regardless of multiple qualifying purchases.
- Offer available while stocks last.
- Queensmith reserves the right to substitute an equivalent gift of similar value if necessary.
- The gift is non-exchangeable for cash, discount or any other alternative item.
Redemption
- Online: Enter promo code at checkout.
- In-store: Quote promo code when booking or attending your appointment.
- The offer cannot be applied retrospectively to previous purchases or after the promotion period has ended.
Exclusions & Limitations
- Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or incentive.
- The free gift cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash or other products.
- Earrings will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged.
- If the engagement ring is returned, the complimentary earrings must also be returned in their original condition and packaging at the customer’s expense.
- If you initiate a return for your engagement ring, you must also return the earrings in order to qualify the return, and receive a refund for the price you paid.
- Queensmith reserves the right to withdraw, extend, or amend the offer at any time, or to withhold the gift in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.
- Custom or bespoke engagement ring orders must be placed and deposit paid during the promotional or redemption period (11 November – 31 December 2025) to qualify for the free gift.
- Any subsequent modifications to a custom design after the redemption period may affect eligibility for the promotional gift.
Returns Policy
- Engagement rings purchased during the Black Friday Engagement Promo 2025 are subject to our usual 40-day Return Policy.
- Please refer to Queensmith’s standard Returns Policy for full details.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable.
General Terms
- Offer valid only for purchases made directly with Queensmith, either in-store or online, during the stated offer period.
- The free earrings are exempt from our lifetime manufacturers warranty. The free lab diamond earrings will come with a limited 12 month manufacturer's warranty.
- All gifts are subject to availability.
- The offer terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
