Terms & Conditions

  1. Promoter Information: The promoter of this prize draw is Queensmith ("Promoter"), with registered office at 98 Hatton Garden, London, EC1N 8NX, responsible for all elements of prize draw execution and compliance with applicable laws.
  2. Eligibility: This prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 and over, who are residents of the United Kingdom. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, its agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter. No purchase necessary, but entrants must have booked an appointment with Queensmith via www.queensmith.co.uk.
  3. Promotional Period: The prize draw is divided into quarterly periods, each open for three months:
    • Q1: January 1st to March 30th
    • Q2: April 1st to June 30th
    • Q3: July 1st to September 30th
    • Q4: October 1st to December 31st

    Entries must be submitted within these periods to be eligible for the respective draw.
  4. Entry Method: To enter, participants must have booked an appointment with Queensmith and completed the customer feedback survey provided upon submitting their booking request or sent via email after their booking. Upon completion, participants are automatically entered into the prize draw for the period in which they submitted their survey response.
  5. Prize: Each quarterly draw will award one winner a Fortnum & Mason luxury hamper, with a retail value between £100 to £150. This prize is subject to availability and may vary.
  6. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected randomly via a digital selection program after the close of each quarterly period. Winners will be notified by email within one week of the draw closing date and must supply a UK address for delivery to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
  7. Data Protection: Participant data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy, accessible at https://www.queensmith.co.uk/privacy-policy. By entering, participants consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal information for the purposes of administering this prize draw and for any other purposes to which the participant has consented.
  8. General:
    • The prize is as stated, non-transferable, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
    • The decision of the Promoter in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    • The Promoter may need to modify or cancel the prize draw and these terms and conditions due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, major disruptions, legal changes, or other events that could affect our ability to run the prize draw as planned. We aim to minimise any disruptions and will always strive to keep participants informed of any necessary changes.
    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
